The Heartworks Approach™ Program Courses

Uncovering the Healer Within, 70 hours

Students develop the ability to approach energy healing with a compassionate and understanding heart. We practice staying present with physical, emotional, and energetic sensations and recognizing and contemplating the various mental states we encounter. We emphasize the importance of staying grounded and healthy in the physical realm while experiencing other dimensions. We learn to take responsibility for our states of being--bringing attention, appreciation, and allowance to all that arises internally.

Anatomy and Physiology of the Energetic Fields, 20 hours

We teach the fundamental theories of energy systems and energy work in this course. Topics include the different layers of the human energy field, chakras, five element theory, meridians, and vibrational healing. The material covered in this course provides the basis for the techniques taught in Multidimensional Healing Approaches.

The Realm of the Heart, 20 hours

This class explores the possibilities of living with a full, open, clear, and strong heart. We use the resources of meditation, forgiveness and grief work, heart opening practices with partners, movement, and journaling to embark upon this important journey toward fullness and compassion. The tools learned in this course become a foundation for all healing endeavors with clients and self.

Multidimensional Healing Approaches, 70 hours

In this course, we learn a variety of techniques to clear, transmute, and enliven energetic stagnations, and to create a fluid energetic connection throughout the entire field. Long distance techniques are also taught. Students learn to maintain personal energetic boundaries and practice energetic self care.

Ethical Concerns, 10 hours

The ethical issues of working in multidimensional realms are complex. This course emphasizes the particular ethical issues of energy work and focuses on a realistic view of ethical vulnerabilities. Students receive a basis for making their own ethical decisions and gain understanding of the industry’s standard code of ethics.

Student Practicum, 10 hours

Students coordinate and provide Heartworks energy sessions at a community clinic located on the Institute premises and supervised by a faculty member.
